The Junior Guide program is designed for students ages 15-18 who have an interest in the outdoors and who want to develop their leadership in an outdoor ministry setting.
In addition to scaling rocks and conquering rapids, youth are involved in shopping for food, loading and unloading for the trip, and other tasks associated with running a trip. Students learn basic skills for running various activities as well as leadership and group management skills. Most importantly, youth learn how to serve others and communicate God’s love for them.
